Works: The original property had been extended incrementally over several years resulting in incoherent elevations and an incohesive ground floor plan. The brief was to bring sense to the plan and make it compatible with the living requirements of a young family. Additionally the client required: a large kitchen/diner, utility, family room, guest room, rear entrance/boot room and master suite at first floor, and also improvements to the general appearance, particularly the front elevation.
