• A solid grounding in technical issues, a thorough understanding of Planning matters and Building Regulations combined with a broad experience ensures that the design solutions are both effective and imaginative.
• The enjoyment in reaching the conclusion is apparent in the final building solution.

• Work on Listed, modern or traditional houses.

• Responsible for projects up to £35 million including hospitals, offices, theatres, schools, large and small scale residential projects.
• An interest for 20 years in low energy and sustainable design.
• Involvement in award winning projects including Green Building of the year

Architectural Services provided:

• Architectural and interior design
• Initial feasibility studies, measured surveys, planning investigations, Town Planning and Listed Building applications, Building Regulations applications, preparation of detail design drawings and specifications for Tender purposes, contract management through to completion of work on site.

Drawings and Presentation:

• All drawings are produced on computer using Autocad.
• 3-D modelling can be provided.
