Works: Situated in a Conservation Area, Green Belt and Flood Plain; the challenge was to take a modest sized cottage and maximise the floor space permissible under Planning Policy to provide a modern 4 bed family home. Materials were carefully sourced to maintain the original character while on the rear, modern glazing maximises sun and light penetration into the living spaces.
